Each bottle is 16 oz and will marinade about 8-12 lbs of meat and contains NO MSG.
Directions:
SHAKE WELL before using. Place meat in sealable bag. Add 1-2 oz. marinade per 1 lb. of meat. REFRIGERATE remaining marinade. Remove air from bag, seal, and PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR for a minimum of one round of golf (approx. 4 hrs) or, for best results, overnight. Turn frequently. Remove from bag, discard used marinade, and prepare meat as desired.

I have grilled a lot of steaks over the years, and this is by far the best Steak Marinade I have found. You don't have to be a great Griller to make great tasting steaks.
